Do you love the iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina Display, but hate the fact that they are geared towards consumer applicants rather than professionals? Then you'll surely be relieved to hear that Apple has heard your concerns. If a bunch of rumors pan out to be true a third iPad will be released alongside the current two models. It will be appropriately named the iPad Pro.

What's so pro about the iPad Pro you ask? Well, take for instance the supposed 12.9-inch 4K screen. Woah. Yeah, a ton of work can get done with that much screen real estate. The iPad Pro will also likely include the same fingerprint scanner, aka Touch ID, that everybody loved on the iPhone 5s.

Faster cellular connectivity may be coming to iPad Pro as well. How fast you ask? 4G LTE-A fast. The "A" in 4 LTE-A provides much more stable and consistent speeds. With the increased amount of connected devices utilizing cellular networks at any point in time any increase in performance is welcome.

Another rumored feature is eye-tracking. Imagine being able to roll your eyes in a good way! You could control the scrolling with your eyes instead of your fingers. This eye-tracking feature isn't science fiction... in fact, it's already over a year old. Samsung first implemented eye tracking into the Galaxy S4. The probability that this feature makes it into the iPad Pro is slim, but it's certainly doable.

iOS 8 is also another feature that the iPad Pro will tout. Expect both minor and major performance improvements in terms of speed, security and ease of use. The look of iOS 8 will be be nearly identical to iOS 7, and why wouldn't it be? iOS 7 looks amazing and it was the first change to Apple's mobile operating system since they introduced the iPhone back in June 2007.

Now you may be salivating over the specs and performance that iPad Pro will bring to the table. But what good is all that power if it could be ruined by a single drop? The iPad Pro stands to be much more durable than current tablet computers due to the inclusion of sapphire glass. This type of glass will cover the gorgeous 4K screen. And get this: sapphire glass is stronger than concrete! And it looks as beautiful as Corning Gorilla Glass (which currently protects a lot of Apple products).
