Chantel Jeffries, the girl riding with Justin Beiber in the rented yellow lamborgini during his Miami drag-racing arrest, is finally breaking her silence.

During an exclusive interview with E! News, the 21-year-old aspiring model sat down with Terrance J to address rumors and set the record straight. During the one-on-one, Jeffries shoots down reports that she and Justin Beiber are romantically involved and simply good friends, reports the Daily Mail.

"I didn't date Justin," said Jeffries said during the interview. During the interview, Terrance asked what was on everyone's mind, "Have you and Justin ever kissed?"

Jeffries evades the answer and coyly replies, "We're friends," she said, laughing off the question. "Do you kiss your friends? Do you sleep in the same bed as your friends?" according to MTV.

The model also laughs as the laughed at insinuations that she's a gold-digger looking for her 15 seconds of fame. The blond continues: 'Oh my gosh. If anything, you could say I'm a GOAL digger. I have my own goals and I'm focused on those,' she deflected.

On the issue of Justin Beiber's seemingly out of control behavior, Jeffries insists that the 19-year-old pop sensation is not out of control nor is he an addict. When asked if she's ever seen Beiber take drugs, she quickly replied, "No."

Jeffries has also responded that it is not true that no one in Justin's inner circle says no to him. 'I'm not around all the time. In the past, I don't know what's happened with him, and it's not my place to say anything,' says the blonde.

Jeffries also clarifies that she does not have a history of arrests. Rumors have been circulating that she has a rap sheet for being arrested numerous times. Stating on record during the interview, Chantel says: 'I do not have multiple arrests, I've never been to jail or been charged.'
