Jessica Simpson's dazed demeanor and slurred speech during a segment on the Home Shopping Network have many fans speculating she was under the influence.

The 35-year-old mother of two appeared on Thursday's episode and immediately turned heads, albeit for the wrong reasons.

"I've never watched @HSN before," one fan posted on Twitter. "Jessica Simpson seems wasted, so this is entertaining."

Us Weekly adds Simpson appeared unsteady as she joined host Colleen Lopez for the two-hour telecast. At one point, Simpson swayed back and forth as she shared odd stories, such as how her sister Ashlee shares jeans with husband Evan Ross.

"God Bless you Colleen, you are a true professional!" one HSN fan posted on Facebook. "I am 99% certain that Jessica was 100% inebriated throughout that segment. Wowza."

Back in in March, Simpson also raised eyebrows with her bizarre remarks and facial expressions during a red carpet interview with Extra at New York City's Teen Vogue Fashion University.

During that incident, Simpson shared that daughter Maxwell liked wearing her father Eric Johnson's shirts. She then added a bizarre comment, saying, "Its funny, because I always thought it was so romantic to wear your boyfriend's shirt, and Maxwell's making that happen: Her dad is her boyfriend."

Not long ago, Life & Style magazine reports Simpson's mother tried to talk her into the idea of the two entering rehab together during yet another failed intervention effort by family members.

"Jessica's drinking has gotten out of control, and she uses Adderall as a diet drug," a source added back then. "One minute she's fine and the next minute she's talking nonsense and acting all crazy."

Still, Simpson shot down all talk of rehab, and reports are the whole situation "turned into a heated fight," with Simpson running away in tears.
