Samsung introduced its unique curved edges for the Galaxy S6 Edge and then made it have an even larger screen in the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. Apple made their iPhone 6s in a larger version too, the iPhone 6s Plus. Which of these two large-screened devices is the best for customers to buy?

The Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and the iPhone 6s Plus both installed the latest processors created on their own. Apple bragged that its A9 processor would be 70 percent faster for computing tasks than the A8 and 90 percent faster for graphics tasks than the A8. However, the iPhone 6s Plus only offers 2 GB of RAM. The Galaxy S6 Edge Plus uses Samsung's own eight-core Exynos processor. This processor is energy efficient, and it comes paired with 4 GB of RAM for excellent multitasking capabilities, according to Digital Trends.

The Galaxy S6 Edge Plus has the unique curved edge display. This means the screen will actually curve over the edges of the handset. The iPhone 6s Plus is just a bigger version of the iPhone 6s, which is made of all aluminum. The design of the iPhone 6s Plus allows it to have thicker glass that will be able to handle drops better than the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, which is also vulnerable to drops because of the curved edges. The back of the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus is also made of glass, unlike the iPhone 6s Plus' aluminum back, making it prone to attracting fingerprints.

Android phones like the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus have always had more advanced cameras than Apple's iPhones, but now Apple is finally catching up with their new camera. The 12 megapixel (MP) camera in the iPhone 6s Plus will also come with Live Photos and the capability to record 4K video. The Galaxy S6 Edge Plus has a 16 MP camera, optical image stabilization and live YouTube broadcasting in 1080p resolution. Once a full review is done on the iPhone 6s Plus' camera, buyers will be able to see which camera offers the best quality. It looks like Apple's camera might finally catch up with an Android.

Apple still has some catching up to do with Samsung when it comes to technology. Apple has not been able to create a wireless or fast-charging solution for its phones, something Samsung has offered for quite some time. The overall winner in this battle goes to Samsung for its unique features and powerful processor with tons of RAM.
