Victoria Beckham is back to her usual "Posh" self as she stepped out for a business meeting on Sunday in New York City. The fashion designer recently grabbed headlines after leaving her London boutique party in a wobbly state with a suspicious wet patch on her crotch area.

Victoria attended Day 1 of the Social Good Summit wearing her usual go-to colors to look sophisticated and businesslike. A photo shared by Daily Mail shows the mother of four looking younger than her 41 years in a black and white wardrobe. Victoria was photographed stepping out of a black car dressed in black trousers and a black top with white collar.

The UN International Goodwill Ambassador looked glamorous and sophisticated as she made her way to the meeting accompanied by her bodyguard. She was later photographed leaving the summit wearing a change of wardrobe, trading in her black top with a plain white shirt under a black satin trench coat.

The fashion designer looked far from poised and sophisticated when she left the anniversary party of her London flagship store on Tuesday, during London Fashion Week. Victoria was photographed with a dark wet stain on her black trousers, near her crotch area. The suspicious mark left fans to speculate that she may have wet herself and didn't realize it because she may have had too much to drink. Page Six shared a photo of the unmistakable wet patch on her crotch area.

However, a representative for the designer had since explained what caused the wet stain. The rep squashed speculations that she may have wet herself and told Page Six that the stain was the result of an unfortunate accident during the cocktail party.

"[The stain] was simply the result of the most unfortunate positioning of a spilt drink, whilst Victoria was sitting down," Victoria's representative told Page Six.

A video shared by Entertainment Online also showed the designer barely able to walk upright. The former "Spice Girls" singer looked wobbly on her feet as she holds on to her husband, David's arm for support. Victoria also tripped on her high heels as she walked the few steps to their waiting car. According to Entertainment Online, it wasn't Victoria's best "runway walk" as she nearly "takes a tumble." "Posh Spice" also wore her shades even though it was already night time when she and David left her London boutique party.
