The latest soccer rumors have suggested that Arsenal is among the top destination targets for both Ezequiel Lavezzi and Isco once they decide to leave their current clubs in early 2016.

According to Daily Express, European clubs are on full alert following reports that Paris Saint-Germain has made Lavezzi available to the highest bidder. The 30-year-old forward could bolt to Arsenal, one of English Premier League's most successful clubs, when the soccer transfer window opens again on Jan. 2.

Arsenal previously showed interest in Lavezzi during the offseason, but Gunners' manager Arsene Wenger eventually decided to let his new attacking lineup gel first before bringing in another offensive-minded player.

The Argentine international is considered a surplus to requirements at the Parc de Princes after the reigning Ligue 1 champions acquired Angel Di Maria from Man-U. Lavezzi's latest availability has reportedly rekindled Arsenal's interest in bringing him to Emirates Stadium.

Other clubs that will reportedly vie for Lavezzi during the January sales include Inter Milan, Valencia and Liverpool.

The Reds are said to be scouring the player market in search for Raheem Sterling's replacement, Fichajes reported.

Another recent report from Fichajes indicates that Arsenal is committed to sign Real Madrid midfielder Francisco "Isco" Suárez in January.

Wenger believes the 23-year-old Spanish international could be a long-term signing for the Gunners. However, Isco thinks his surest chance of earning another spot in Vicente del Bosque's Spain team for Euro 2016 is by staying and impressing at Real Madrid.

Isco has been in constant battle with James Rodríguez for first-team honors at Real Madrid this season. This led some soccer pundits to speculate that the former could be tempted to transfer. Adding weight to the speculation, Isco has been thrust into playing in a dynamic midfield role, a position he has to share with top dogs such as Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Özil, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere.

The recent injuries to Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez have given the young Spanish international much-needed exposure and he has since brushed off any problems at the Bernabeu.

"I'm working to be at 100 percent and can't complain about the minutes I'm getting," Isco said via Sport. "I know I have to improve [at goalscoring] and net more, but I'm not worried about it either. One will come in the next few matches."
