Terrell Owens Finds Interested Buyer for Sherman Oaks Home; Is He Eyeing a Deal With Dallas Cowboys?
Former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens finds an interested buyer for his Sherman Oaks home.
The 41-year-old Terrell, who played for 15 seasons in the football league, received an offer for his California home listed for almost $2.2 million in August, Los Angeles Times announced. The six-time Pro-Bowl player bought the abode for $2.2 million in January 2014, noted the site, citing public records. The athlete reportedly had shared ownership of the said residence with his estranged wife, Rachel Snider.
Owens commissioned Anita Rich of Keller Williams Studio City as his listing agent. The former football star initially listed the said home for $2.35 million to at least have a profit from what he paid for it. However, if he will not have some back-up offers, he will just have to settle to recoup his investment.
The 4,888-square-foot residence features five bedrooms and five and a quarter bathrooms. Other living areas include a sunken living room, a formal dining room, a family room, an office, a three-car garage, a kitchen with a center island and a wrap-around porch. The two-story Los Angeles property resting on a corner lot also boasts a master suite that comes with a sitting room, a walk-in closet, a personal patio and a lavish master bathroom.
The dwelling place, constructed two years ago, displays notable interior details like spanning glass panels, French white oak-lined flooring, French doors and an airy ambiance.
The grounds are highlighted with a swimming pool that has spa and waterfall features. The next owners may host an intimate night party with friends, especially with the home's outdoor amenities like a deck with a fire pit and an expansive lawn.
Returning to NFL?
Owens recently said on the "The Rich Eisen Show" that he would want to be back in the league as a Dallas Cowboy despite his age.

"I'm not sure what the situation is. My name may have come up in discussion as far as bringing me in. But again, a lot of people are going to factor in my age as far as why I can't play," Owens said.
Owens started his career with the San Francisco 49ers in 1996 and then transferred to the Philadelphia Eagles, Cowboys and Buffalo Bills, per ESPN stats. He was last seen playing for the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2010 season. He had a very productive career. He still holds the second most number of received yards, 15,934, per Pro-Football Reference and third highest career-receiving touchdowns delivered, 153, per the same site.
