Jay Z, Beyoncé, Prince, Nicki Minaj, Usher and Lil Wayne are all set to take the stage in Brooklyn next month for a concert billed as a "tribute to fans and a call to action" that will benefit the New World Foundation charity.

Rolling Stone reports the "Tidal X: 1020 Charity Concert" is scheduled for Oct. 20 at the Barclays Center. It will also feature Damien Marley, Fabulous and Thomas Rhett.

The event will also be live streamed on the Jay Z majority-owned Tidal music service, and subscribers will have first access to tickets, which go on sale Wednesday ranging from $74 to $244. Tidal has pledged to match all proceeds raised by the event and is vowing revenues ultimately will be distributed among a group of "nonprofit organizations and grassroots movements dedicated tom improving communities and fighting systemic and social injustices."

On Tuesday, Jay Z took to Twitter to post, "'Nothing real can be threatened, nothing unreal exists' Tidal is platinum. 1,000,000 people and counting. Let's celebrate 10/20 Brooklyn."

The very next day, Prince released the song "Free Urself," which comes two weeks after the release of his new album "Hit n Run."

After a rumored period of instability for the streaming service, in which the CEO resigned and some were predicting the company's overall demise, Jay Z recently boasted that Tidal had added subscriber No. 1 million.

The concert marks the second time the rap mogul has headlined a concert event for the service's customer base. The 45-year-old "Big Pimpin'" artist has also previously taken to social media to assure fans the company is doing fine.

"The iTunes Store wasn't built in a day," he tweeted. "It took Spotify 9 years to be successful... We are here for the long haul. Please give us a chance to grow & get better."
