Xbox Live recently encountered a glitch that significantly brought attention to almost all of its users.

According to Attack of the Fan Boy, Xbox Live, especially those who play on Xbox One, bumped into some "Sign In" problems disallowing them to access messaging as well as the settings of the system. For those who were able to sign in to the console, most of them encountered losing online connection while playing.

Xbox Support, on the other hand, was quick to give an update about the problem. In one of their Twitter posts, Xbox Support said, "Having troubles signing in to Xbox Live? Our teams are on the case." Followed by the post is a link that shows the latest update on the Xbox Live problem.

The Xbox Support gave an updated report about the game, saying that they recently completed repairs on their Services such as Social and Gaming, Purchase and Content Usage, Xbox Live Core Services, their website as well as TV, Music and Video.

As for the console's apps, the Xbox 360 limited capacity was also an issue. Xbox Support gave their statement about it, saying, "Hey Xbox members are you seeing an error screen and having to press "retry" in order to launch the IGN application, or experience latency when playing content in the app? We are aware of the issue and working with our partner to find a fix. Thanks for your patience! We'll update you as soon as we have more info."

Express UK reported that as of Thursday, the log-in issues of the Xbox Live were fixed but some features, such as Friend's List, were still down. The team working to solve the problems was very supportive of the situation and worked long hours to eventually fix the glitch. Fans went online to issue their concerns, wherein one user expressed his disappointment over a lost "packet" despite not being familiar of its role.

Xbox has not given a timeline on when will the whole problem gets fixed, but they have been working on bringing back some of its important features. For other users who are able to log in their accounts, they can now continue playing without getting disconnected. However, some unfortunate fans, on the other hand, may get booted. Not able to sign in your Xbox account may mean not being able to play games online or offline for that matter.
