Hair and make-up artist Bella Cruise and her British IT consultant beau, Max Parker, have tied the knot in London on Sept. 18, but the 22-year-old has walked down the aisle alone, with neither of her parents, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, tagged along.

Australian weekly, Woman's Day, was the first to break the news that Bella and Max were already wed and the magazine described Bella to be "beaming with confidence in her wedding photographs" and even said that "Bella is more content than ever."

The couple of less than a year had tied the knot in a secret Scientologist ceremony in Dorchester Hotel with a small group of friends invited to celebrate with, however, the ceremony took place without any sight of her parents who were former powerhouse couple.

According to Hollywood Life, earlier reports said that the "Mission Impossible" actor has snubbed her daughter in her special day because Bella's husband, Max, was not a Scientologist.

While the no-show stint of the two parents were true, a source confirmed to TMZ that Tom did not actually snubbed her daughter during the nuptials, as reports say that the 53-year-old father even shouldered all the expenses in the wedding.

It was also not true that Tom had issues with his daughter's husband, as sources said that the two even get along together just fine. The source even told TMZ that Bella and Max had spent Thanksgiving with Tom.

Apparently, the rumor that it was actually Bella who had snubbed her father, after she chose not to invite him, was not true as well.

A source close to Bella and Max also told TMZ that none of the parents at both sides were invited, because they wanted the wedding to be as low-key as possible and apparently, Tom was "cool with the decision" that her daughter has made.

"[It was] a super low-key, small ceremony. Connor was there but both Tom and Nicole were not," a source told US Weekly. "Bella really didn't want to make a big deal out of it. There wasn't even any sort of official reception as was very, very informal."

Meanwhile, Bella's mom, Nicole, reportedly did not know that her daughter is about to be married despite staying in London on the same day for an appearance on West End, Daily Mail reports.

Woman's Day, however, reports that Nicole was thrilled upon knowing that her eldest daughter had already been wed and was proud to say her "beautiful Bella is married."
