There is no shortage of angles to play in "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" for a comical laugh or two. Such was the case in the last episode and the next episode is poised to bring it all back.

Episode 3 is titled "Boyle's Hunch" and will air on broadcast network Fox next Sunday, Oct. 11 at 8:30 p.m. EDT, according to TV Guide.

Taking care of each other is what the precinct is all about, and that also means Boyle is about to have his day, if Jake has anything to say about it. The romance with guest star Archie Panjabi on the last episode may have been a short-lived experience for the character, but Jake finds him another that might just be his soul mate.

According to Spoilers Guide, there is no reason Boyle should not have the happiness he craves. Instead of always stringing along to find out the details of Jake and Amy's status, Jake finally identifies a woman that is the perfect match for his comrade.

That romance will come in the form of an art gallery proprietor named Genevieve, which will be played by "24's" Mary Lynn Rajskub. In Jake's mind, they are the perfect match, and he will stop at nothing to set them up, which means that the comedy is just lying in wait.

Some side stories to the episode involve an interoffice theft that has Rosa hot on the tails of the perp. We will also see Holt seeking out Amy's help with a little image issue. It is more of an image campaign, but the steadfast and proud former Captain seeks the advise of one of his former subordinates.

Although the theme of Jake and Amy has been the central story that fans have wanted to see all season, in the last episode and this one, that will take a back seat. But at least fans got to see Terry pulling off some of his classic dance moves in the last episode.
