Ronda Rousey has turned in her "Belieber" card, after she claims the "Baby" singer recently snubbed her teenage sister during a UFC promotional media event.

Cosmopolitan reports Rousey contends Bieber was unnecessarily rude to her sister and flatly refused to pose with her for a picture at the Cannes Film Festival.

"I walked over there," Rousey recalled. "I said, 'Excuse me,' and he turned to me and goes, 'I've already taken a billion pictures today, OK?' And I said, 'Yeah, but,' cause she's the only 16-year-old girl at the whole party, you know? I only got a 'Yeah, but,' out and he goes, 'a billion,' and walks off and totally snubbed my little sister."

Rousey says her young sister was near tears following the encounter. The fighter vows that she is done being a fan of the 21-year-old heartthrob.

The frosty exchange could have something to do with Rousey's ongoing feud with boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr., who happens to be quite close with Bieber. The tension between the two fighters began when Rousey teased Mayweather about beating him out for a recent ESPY's Award.

According to ESPN, Mayweather recently taunted Rousey over her relatively meager earnings compared to his own paycheck and status as one of the sports world's biggest earners. In 2015, Forbes magazine reported Mayweather earned $420 million, including $220 million for his win over Manny Pacquiao, compared to Rousey's $3 million.

"Big bank take little bank," Mayweather said in a statement. "Let's play and see how much money you got. Last time I checked I was No. 1 on Forbes. She will never be at my status. Keep trying to get publicity."

The 38-year-old Mayweather remains undefeated (49-0) and is ranked No. 1 on ESPN's pound-for-pound list, while Rousey (12-0) knocked out Bethe Correia in just 34 seconds during her last UFC bout.
