‘Scream Queens’ Spoilers Season 1, Episode 5: Chanel’s Influence Dwindling [Watch]
The search for the Red Devil is really starting to heat up on "Scream Queens," and Chanel is starting to see her presidential influence in the sorority taper off.
Episode 5 is titled "Pumpkin Patch" and will air on broadcast network Fox next Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 9 p.m., according to TV Guide.
As fans of the show already know, the Red Devil has struck again, against Zayday, but this time in the form of a kidnapping. So there is no real evidence that she is dead, and it is up to Grace and Pete to lead the charge to find her.
Although they have had little to no luck forming a search party for the missing girl, they have been conducting their own investigation into the killer and have come up with enough clues beforehand to know where to look. But the only problem is they don't have the much-needed support, given that Zayday was leading a charge to unseat Chanel as president of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority, according to Spoilers Guide.
In terms of Chanel in the next episode, she finds her campaign wishes strained when Dean Munsch makes an announcement that affects the entire campus. Chanel planned on throwing a pumpkin patch party to rally support for her campaign.
Speaking of Dean Munsch, fans already got a feel for her in the last episode when it was revealed that she is not quite the squeaky clean person after all, according to Entertainment Weekly.
But the real zinger is that Chanel No. 3 and Chanel No. 5 will start to see what life would be like if Chanel were not in charge of their lives, and it will be a more enlightening cause if Grace is able to find Zayday unharmed.
The clues have been trickling in over the past several episodes, and the big reveal about the Red Devil killer is getting closer and closer. Check out the preview for the next episode below.
