The Kardashian family is rumored to be dangling a $20 million deal before Scott Disick's eyes, but it reportedly comes with all sorts of strings attached.

Radar Online reports the 32-year-old father of Kourtney Kardashian's three small children has officially become persona non grata in the eyes of his former family. Even worse, once he signs off on the deal, they plan to "systematically destroy him piece by piece."

"Scott's gone from bad to worse," a source said, adding that the family now plans to handle him in much the same way they did Khloé Kardashian's ex Lamar Odom. "He talks a good game, but the family has had enough and they are all closing ranks around him now."

The document Disick is being urged to sign would ban him from penning any tell-alls about the family or spilling any of their many secrets. In addition, word is the family plans to actively campaign behind-the-scenes to make sure Disick never works in Hollywood again.

"They want him out of town and away from Kourtney and it's going to happen on their terms, not his," a source added. "He'll get very limited access to the kids and for a very good reason -- he's drunk all the time now and not fit to look after them. He's a lost cause."

After nine years, Disick and Kardashian publicly split this summer, after he spent the July Fourth holiday weekend affectionately hanging out with a former girlfriend in Monaco while Kourtney was left home with their children.

At one point, Disick seemed intent on trying to win his ex-girlfriend back, but more recently, he has been spied hanging out with 18-year-old model Lindsay Vrckovnik from New York to Miami.

Disick and Kardashian are parents of 5-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope and 9-month-old Reign.
