The original author of "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" has had another adaptation of one of his twists on classic literature, this time with Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" -- not with vampires on this go around, but rather zombies.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" has released a new high-quality trailer that takes the classic tale and spins it in the direction of the modern craze for zombie fiction.

The trailer itself starts out with the classic elements off the book, with Elizabeth Bennet narrating over several scenes of delicate intricacy that shows what polite society in the Victorian era needed to be more accomplished, especially for young women who need a special social status.

She gives viewers a delicate sounding description of what young ladies of that time need in order to be a more outstanding matron in the social arena for a better status quo.

But the narrative quickly segues over to the main event of the film, which is the emergence of the zombies. She does not lose her cool, calm narration as she describes what it takes to survive against the monsters she is seen fighting.

Joining her are other young matrons who seem to have transformed themselves at the drop of a hat, to mean zombie killing ninjas.

She gives vague details of what kind of combat skills are necessary for fighting the zombie hordes, who have appeared to start their takeover event at some point.

Lily James portrays Bennet in the film and she will be accompanied on-screen by Lena Headey ("Game of Thrones"), Matt Smith and Jack Huston ("Boardwalk Empire").

The parody film, much like its predecessor "Abraham Lincoln," will be getting a wide-release distribution in theaters domestically as well as on the international stage. In the U.S., it will premiere on Feb. 5 next year.
