Lamar Odom has been declared "clinically brain dead" after engaging in a bender of booze, pills and cocaine for at least three days.

Radar Online reports the former NBA star has remained unresponsive since being rushed to the hospital earlier this week, following a brief stay at a Las Vegas brothel, where he rang up a tab of at least $75,000.

"He has no brain activity," a source told Radar. "He is brain dead. The tests showed no function."

In addition, several of Odom's vital organs are reported to be deteriorating and failing at a rapid rate, including his kidneys, necessitating dialysis for the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award winner. Odom is also rumored to have suffered at least one stroke over the course of his ordeal.

Khloé Kardashian's 35-year-old ex-husband was found at the Love Ranch brothel covered in blood early Tuesday evening. Workers at the establishment have since told investigators he freely talked about the deaths of his mother and two close friends while staying there.

"He did talk about losing two best friends recently that did affect him. ... His mother's death did affect him. He did speak about that again on Sunday," said bordello manager T J Moore.

Sources have also claimed that during his binge at the establishment, Odom used cocaine on the day he arrived and paid for the "five-day package, which included sex and activities like cooking, watching TV together and going out to dinner."

Reports are Kardashian has not left his side since arriving at the hospital. She has the legal authority to make all medical decisions for him, since their divorce had not yet been officially finalized when Odom was hospitalized.

In all, Odom played 14 NBA seasons, winning back-to-back titles with Kobe Bryant on Phil Jackson's L.A. Lakers in 2009 and 2010.
