Bobby Brown is still openly grieving for his daughter, though he admits he is empowered knowing that he has someone else looking over him.

"I have another angel to carry me through whatever I have to go through," People Magazine reports he recently told radio station WBLS in reference to daughter Bobbi Kristina. "I'm really blessed with my children, and everything that I have to do is about that."

Bobbi Kristina, the only daughter born to Brown and Whitney Houston, died under hospice care in late July, almost six months after she was discovered, face down in a bathtub of water and unresponsive, in the home she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon. She has since been buried alongside her mother at a New Jersey cemetery.

The 46-year-old former New Edition band member is currently penning his memoir, which is expected to strongly focus on his life with his ex-wife and daughter.

"We've been working hard on it," Bobby said of the project that is expected to be completed and on store bookshelves by June of 2016. "I'm just trying to get all the cobwebs out and be as honest as possible."

The "My Prerogative" singer later added, "My story is really deep. But it's funny, and it's a whole bunch of things. You can find humor in it -- I can, because I lived it. But you can also find some sad parts, some crazy parts, but at the same time, it's still Bobby."

As for the latest on the case involving his daughter, authorities recently launched a criminal probe into the circumstances surrounding her death that reportedly targets Gordon as the primary suspect.

The suffering father recently shared his thoughts on the matter by releasing a statement through his lawyer asserting, "We believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina and his name is I believe Nick Gordon."

Gordon, who has denied all the allegations, now also faces a multimillion wrongful death suit filed by the conservator of Bobbi Kristina's estate Bedelia Hargrove alleging that he physically abused and stole from his girlfriend.
