CNN reports that during Justin's four-hour deposition regarding the case, he was asked about his girlfriend Selena Gomez and became increasingly upset. Bieber's lawyers allow him to take a break where he's seen ripping out his microphone and storming out.
The line of questioning related to the female singer included if Bieber had ever discussed his feelings about paparazzi with Gomez to which Justin replied, "Don't ask me about her again," while wagging his finger at the layer, "Don't ask me about her again," he repeated at least six times.
Videos of the deposition were posted by TMZ which shows an arrogant Bieber who was a hostile witness for most of the deposition.
Binion is seeking unspecified damages from both Beiber and one of his bodyguard's Hugo Hesny.
