That didn't take too long; a few days after Selena Gomez has resumed her turbulent relationship with Justin Bieber, the young Latina singer may be subpoenaed in the Bieber's bodyguard case.

There is an on-going lawsuit involving Justin's, 20, bodyguard and a Miami paparazzi and Selena, 21, will likely be called on to take part in the proceedings as a witness, reports Hollywood Life.

Miami photographer Jeffrey Binion's, 56, lawyer Mark DiCowden is looking at setting up an interview with Gomez, reports TMZ. Considering that Gomez was present when the altercation took place, Selena is a key witness in the scuffle that took place may of 2012.

The Inquisitr reports that according to Gossip Extra, Binions legal team has been in informal talks with Gomez's lawyers and wants to put the actress-singer on the stand to grill her as a witness. It's being reported that should it be necessary, a subpoena will be issued to the 21-year-old early negotiations stall.

The international pop-star stands accused of ordering a bodyguard to attack the photographer last summer in a civil assault case. CNN reports that during Justin's four-hour deposition regarding the case, he was asked about his girlfriend Selena Gomez and became increasingly upset. Bieber's lawyers allow him to take a break where he's seen ripping out his microphone and storming out.

The line of questioning related to the female singer included if Bieber had ever discussed his feelings about paparazzi with Gomez to which Justin replied, "Don't ask me about her again," while wagging his finger at the layer, "Don't ask me about her again," he repeated at least six times.

Videos of the deposition were posted by TMZ which shows an arrogant Bieber who was a hostile witness for most of the deposition.

Binion is seeking unspecified damages from both Beiber and one of his bodyguard's Hugo Hesny.
