Lamar Odom was able to win Khloé Kardashian back by swearing to her that he will never do drugs again.

TMZ reports, following his near death experience earlier this month, the still bedridden former NBA star promised the reality starlet that his life of drugs and reckless behavior is a thing of the past.

"I am done with drugs," a source claims Odom vowed. "He also thanked her profusely for coming to Vegas and supporting him. He repeatedly told her that he loved her, and that was enough."

The 35-year-old Odom was rushed to a Vegas hospital emergency room last week after being found comatose and unresponsive in a nearby brothel with blood coming out of his nose and mouth.

Since he was hospitalized, Kardashian has yet to leave his side. Sources said she instantly made the decision to call off their nearly-finalized divorce once Odom made his promise to her. Reports are she then had attorney Laura Wasser immediately request that the judge formally end the proceedings.

Even though most of the Kardashian family has also been by Odom's side throughout his ordeal, word is not all of them are happy about Khloé's decision to reconcile with the former NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award winner.

Kim Kardashian is rumored to be chief among the naysayers, reportedly feeling Odom's health crisis is no reason for the two to remain married.

"Now that Lamar is going to be OK, Kim is back to her prior stance on the situation," a source said. "Kim is telling people she really feels that Khloé needs to let him go."

Patching things up with Odom would seem to mean an end to Khloé's once-blossoming relationship with current NBA star James Harden, a move Kim also seems convinced may not be the right one.

"Kim knows that Khloé loves Lamar, but she also knows how bad he hurt her," a source added. "She is telling people she thinks that the fact that Khloé is giving up her entire life for him again is absolutely ridiculous."
