Tension and another possible family feud await the next series of "The Bold and the Beautiful" (BB) for its Oct. 26 to Oct. 30 episodes.

Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) and Ridge's (Thorsten Kaye) pretence about her baby will be questioned after Thomas (Pierson Fodé) learns of the pregnancy. Meanwhile, Maya Avant (Karla Mosley) and Rick Forrester (Jacob Young) are face with a challenge regarding their planned surrogacy. Julius (Obba Babatundé) is apparently against Nicole (Reign Edwards) carrying Rick and Maya's future baby.

Caroline and Ridge thought at first that they would have trouble with convincing Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that Ridge is the father of her baby. At first Ridge's ex-wife did not believe his excuse that the doctors were wrong about his vasectomy. Ridge makes up an excuse telling Brooke that his vasectomy was reversed and that he is after all fertile, thus impregnating Caroline. According to Soap Opera Story, Brooke eventually bought Ridge's story and could now finally congratulate her ex-husband on his baby.

However, before Caroline and Ridge can breathe a sigh of relief, Pam starts going around telling practically almost everyone at Forrester Creations about her pregnancy. The news soon reached Thomas when he returned to the office by week's end. Pam, seemingly in a good mood to be spreading the great news to everyone, approaches Thomas with a tray of lemon bars and tells him about Caroline's pregnancy. She congratulates him because soon he will have a little baby sister or brother.

Will Thomas not suspect about the pregnancy and think about the baby as his own? While Pam tells a surprised Thomas about Caroline's bundle of joy, Ridge and Caroline are standing close by with nervous looks on their faces.

Perhaps Thomas will not think that the baby is his. After all, Caroline had already convinced him that he is safe after she told him about her period.

Bill is reportedly also not convinced that Ridge is the father of Caroline's baby. He tells him that he is too old to be having a kid with Caroline.

Meanwhile, Maya and Rick should think fast on how to convince Julius to agree on their plan to have Nicole as a surrogate. Julius is against the idea while Nicole has already set her mind on it with a visit to the clinic for her artificial insemination. According to Soap She Knows, Julius will try to convince Nicole's boyfriend Zende to convince her not to go with the surrogacy.
