This season on "Blue Bloods," the Reagan family has dealt with a lot of social and personal outrage, but this week they are going to have one of their own on trial.

Episode 6, titled "Rush to Judgment," will air on broadcast network CBS this Friday, Oct. 30 at 10 p.m. EDT, according to TV Guide.

Fans of the show know all too well that a rush to judgment is a sure way to live someone's life in regret. That was the case with Danny when he had to hunt down a woman who escaped from prison, but she should have never been there to start with.

But now, according to Spoilers Guide, Jamie is under fire when a camera caught him using an excess of force during an anti-police demonstration. He is soon charged with police brutality, and following the video leak, Commissioner Reagan has no other choice but to hand the case over to the Internal Affairs department.

But the storyline complicates when a civil rights attorney gets investigated for rape by Danny and Baez. As if the case was not bad enough for Jamie to start with, the attorney himself is claiming that the charges of rape against him have been drummed up by a vengeful family.

The attorney speaks loudly about his claims that the Reagans are charging him with rape as retaliation for the video incident that caught Jamie on tape using excessive force at the demonstration.

So with both cases radically different, yet so closely related, there is no telling how either one could end up. It is most likely that both defendants are guilty, but the civil rights attorney could get away with rape if he successfully lobbies the people to take up his cause in what is a clear distortion of his own crime.
