Caroline Flack has once again opened up about her book "Storm in a C Cup" during an appearance on ITV"s "This Morning" on Monday.

The "X-Factor" host talked in part about the contents of her book, which include her fling with Harry Styles and her past dates with Prince Harry.

Flack didn't exactly deny nor confirm whether her dates with Prince Harry blossomed into romance. She also didn't go into detail relieving their past together. Instead, she remained tight-lipped and told the hosts of "This Morning," "I don't talk about the relationships, and I don't talk about Prince Harry." She also insisted that she and the prince were never in a relationship.

"I have never said I had a relationship with him. It wasn't really a relationship, I had to talk about the fact of the effect it caused," she said.

Flack recalled how knowing Prince Harry had affected her family's normal living. It reportedly became "so intrusive" because fans of the prince would hang out at her family's home or even at her grandmother's home.

When the show hosts joked about how they would have to curtsy to her if ever she and Prince Harry ended up together, Flack only laughed. The "X-Factor" host admitted that she can't imagine being a princess.

In the same interview with "This Morning," Flack also revealed that she had asked both Prince Harry and Harry Styles' permission that she would talk about them in her book.

This is not the first time Flack had opened up about her past with the prince. She once revealed her first encounter with the Prince during a previous interview with The Sun. Flack had relieved that moment she first met Prince Harry in 2009 after being set up on a date by a mutual friend, Natalie Pinkham. She had just reportedly split from her boyfriend when she, Pinkham and some other friends had a night out with the prince.

Flack recalled getting all giddy with excitement meeting Prince Harry for the first time. She told The Sun that she had a great time with the prince. They reportedly spent the whole night laughing and talking.

It's believed Prince Harry and Flack went on a series of dates afterwards. However, when people learned about them together and the media got wind of them hanging out, Flack told The Sun that they had to eventually stop seeing each other. Soon Flack recalled being labelled as "Prince Harry's bit of rough."
