Lindsay Lohan continues to be a hot mess: she not only has clashed with her father over his other children, she's stopped her reality show dead in its tracks because the producers have refused to pay her "in advance" for her services!

Newsday has the scoop: Lohan's father, Michael, had the audacity to have a life after he divorced Lindsay's enabling stereotype of a "mom-ager," Dina -- he has a daughter and a son from subsequent relationships -- and Lindsay wants no part of them. In one part of the show, she even refers to them as Michael's "two other random f--king kids." Isn't she great? Wouldn't you love her as a sister? Because, you know, it's TOTALLY the kids' fault...

Meanwhile, according to Radar, the Uncrowned Princess of Long Island almost caused the end of her show before it even began. She refused to face the cameras -- even after they constantly called her name -- and stormed off the set constantly. She also almost lost the apartment of her dreams, because Oprah's company was going to advance her the money to pay for a year's rent on the place.

As an end result of her High Drama Histrionics, the producers have refused to advance the money for Lindsay to pay her rent. In fact, the production company went so far as to take the money BACK from the realtor!

In addition, Lindsay was confronted about her mother Dina's recent arrest for DUI. "She'd doing really well. She's ashamed of it and upset. She's taking the steps she needs to take. It's unfortunate because I've been there," replied Lindsay.

Between 2010 and 2013, Lohan went into rehabilitation three times, and spent much of her time entangled in legal problems stemming from misdemeanors and probation violations. In 2012 and 2013, she did further television work, including starring as Elizabeth Taylor in the biographical TV film Liz & Dick (2012). In 2013, she starred in Paul Schrader's independent film The Canyons.
