Even though Khloé Kardashian called off her divorce with husband Lamar Odom, the reality star is making sure the media knows they haven't yet resumed their relationship.

In an interview with People Magazine, Kardashian was adamant that, although she is giving her full support to Odom's health, they aren't a couple.

"It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," she said to the magazine. "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."

Many media outlets assumed the couple were back together in light of recent events. When former NBA star Odom fell unconscious from a drug overdose at a Las Vegas brothel, his estranged wife rushed to be at his side. After Odom awoke from his coma, Kardashian accompanied him out of the hospital. She later cancelled their divorce proceedings, leading many to assume the two had reconciled fully.

"It's not anything sexual or intimate," Kardashian clarified to People, as quoted by USA Today. "I want to be his support system. Tragedy does make you reassess a lot of things, but when it comes to our relationship, it's the same, except I'm here supporting him fully."

Nevertheless, Kardashian said she absolutely still loves Odom.

"I loved him always, and I will always love him," she said. "I don't believe love is fickle. I believe when you love someone, you are allowed to love from afar. You don't have to be with that person in order to love him."

Kardashian also talked about the relationship between Odom and Rob Kardashian, saying that her husband leaving may have had an effect on her brother.

"Once Lamar left -- and it's not Lamar's fault at all -- I think Rob didn't know where to go. He was like, 'I don't have guidance anymore,'" Kardashian said, according to E! Online.
