A year after the Duchess of Cambridge has been rumored to carry twins before she gave birth to Princess Charlotte, Kate Middleton faces another pregnancy rumor and it is all happening again.

The 33-year-old royalty may have just given birth in April but the rumors that she is pregnant with twins do not seem to end. According to OK! Magazine via HollywoodLife, Middleton is reportedly carrying multiples again and the royal couple was said to be hurrying up in making their brood grow bigger.

"To say she was shocked would be an understatement," the source told OK! Magazine. "She's suffering more from exhaustion than anything else." The tipster also added that the Duchess has been carrying the twins for three months already.

"She hasn't had much of an appetite, so she's hardly gained any weight. Kate is very good at putting on a brace face, but everyone just wants to make sure she's taking care of herself," the OK! source also said.

The publication also reported that Kate has been overwhelmed when she knew she is expecting twins. With Prince George and Princess Charlotte aged just under three years old, it was reported that Kate having twins felt a bit stunned upon thinking of taking care of four little babies at once.

"Kate was a little discouraged. She wasn't sure if she would cope. She's still in the fog of having a newborn and the thought of months and months of more sleepless nights with two babies caused her to panic," the source also added.

As for the rest of the royal family, it was reported that everyone has been supportive and happy in welcoming the royal baby twins and the source even said everyone is "excited."

The Palace is yet to confirm whether or not the Duchess is expecting twins again.

However, while some reports say that Middleton is carrying a duo inside her uterus, Gossip Cop reports that the pregnancy rumor is nothing but hoax. According to an insider from the palace, the news is "untrue."

The publication has busted OK! Magazine's previous issue when it featured a sonogram of the Duchess' alleged twins. While the tabloid has said that Middleton is expecting a girl and a boy, Gossip Cop says that a spokesperson from the palace revealed that the claims are all lies.

Gossip Cop added that this was not the first time the tabloid has fabricated a story regarding the royal couple. However, in 2014, OK! has also reported that the Duchess is expecting twins it was proved untrue upon Princess Charlotte's arrival.
