Huawei Mate 8 is expected to be released soon. After it was discovered on Weibo that the company will be holding an event on Nov. 5, there are speculations that the said device will also be introduced.

According to the Phone Arena, the invitation significantly showed the image of the Kirin chipset. The Kirin 950 is made by Huawei and it is one of their top-notch chipsets at the moment. If the said event will introduce the Kirin 950, expect it to be fully equipped with the four Cortex-A72 cores and another four Cortex-A53 cores. The Kirin 950 chipset will be able to support 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM and a 42-megapixel primary camera.

Apparently, the expectation of the Huawei Mate 8 being considered to join the event is the fact that Huawei specifically developed the Kirin 950 for their upcoming flagship phone. The Huawei Mate 8 is said to carry a six-inch screen profile with a 1440 x 2560 screen resolution. It is also reported to sport at least 3GB of RAM, but could also be upgraded up to 4GB.

Internal memory varies from 32GB and 64GB, depending on which the consumer choose. Huawei Mate 8 will also have a 21-megapixel primary camera and at least a five-megapixel or eight-megapixel secondary camera for crisp selfies. Running out of power will not be a problem as it is reported to have a 4,000 mAH battery.

According to a report from Mobile Burn, despite the Kirin 950 being able to support a 42-megapixel camera, don't expect the Huawei Mate 8 to have the same extravagant specs as the rumored primary camera of the said device will only hold around 21 megapixels.

Huawei has released several smartphones in the past, but the Huawei Mate 8 may have to be really special to wait until the Kirin 950 chipset is finally developed. If anything else, the Huawei Mate 8 will probably one of the brand's most quality-packed smartphone to date.

According to the Phone Arena, the price of the new Huawei Mate 8 will fall roughly around $520 for the 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage version, Meanwhile, the model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory will have a $610 price tag. Whether the Huawei Mate 8 will also be revealed on Nov. 5, expect the device to be introduced soon after Kirin 950 is launched.
