"The Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon has been having one big roller coaster of a week, and now he is topping that off with a roller coaster ride of his own at Universal Studios Theme Parks and Resorts in Orlando, Florida.

According to Variety, the late night comedy maestro has had a whirlwind of attention thrown on him, especially in regards to injuries he keeps sustaining to his hands. But if that was not enough for the misunderstood thrill seeking comedian, he has officially announced that he will be getting his own roller coaster ride at Universal, which seemed to be yet another joke that he could have compounded upon all his news of lately.

But it turned out to be a done deal, not a joke. The comedian spoke about it on his show.

"It's scary, it's fun, it's exciting," Fallon said on "The Tonight Show" about the ride. "Do you know the 'Harry Potter' rides? It's like that, except instead of Harry Potter, it's me. Instead of Hogwarts, it's New York City."

Fallon certainly wasn't puling no gag about it either. Jason Surrell of Universal Orlando also wrote about it on the company's own blog.

"I can't tell you everything, but I can tell you our team found inspiration in the outrageous celebrity races that have become one of the most popular segments of Jimmy's 'Tonight Show,'" the blog read.

"The source material already features a wild and crazy ride almost every week! And since Universal Studios Florida has long been famous for placing guests in the middle of their favorite movies and TV shows, we thought it was a perfect fit."

The ride, which will be called "Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon," is expected to open up to the public in 2017, following a lengthy construction process. But it is definitely coming, and Fallon will be cemented into history following its debut.
