Glee's 100th episode airs tonight. Afterwards, the show will see a dramatic change as its setting changes from the rehearsal room of McKinley High School to New York City. With this impending change, many fans are wondering which of their favorite characters will be around for the rest of season 5 as well as season 6, the final season of the series.

According to E! News, three actors are set to stay on Glee until the series finale. Those Glee favorites are Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt Hummel, Darren Criss, who plays Blaine Anderson, and Lea Michele, who plays Rachel Berry. Michele has also previously stated that Chord Overstreet, who plays Sam Evans, and Kevin McHale, who plays Artie Abrams, are a big part of the NYC storyline.

Fans have been especially worried about Naya Rivera, who has played Santana Lopez since the show's 2009 premiere. Last month, she posted a tweet that foreshadowed her possible exit from the show.

"On set with Glee shooting a very sweet Brit/Santana scene! #starttogetherendtogether," she said via Twitter on Feb. 5.

The tweet had fans in a fluster, but fear not, Santana will reportedly be Glee-ful for a while. E! News sources say that Santana will miss a few episodes but will return, and Glee writers are working on "major story arcs" for her in New York.

Another character is not staying until the end, however.

"...at least one actor who has been a series since season the very beginning isn't expected to stay a regular for season six," E! News reports. "This character is graduating from McKinley High, soon, and will be seen from time to time, but no longer as a full-time cast member."

Brad Falchuk, Glee executive producer, has previously described season 6 as a "comeback."

"We do know exactly who is coming over and what the storylines will be," he said.

Tonight's 100th episode features the return of Heather Morris, who played Brittany, Amber Riley, who played Mercedes, and Harry Shum Jr. who played Mike. They will guest star alongside Gwenyth Paltrow and Kristin Chenoweth.

Season 6 of Glee begins Fall of 2014.
