Joe Odom, the father of former Los Angeles Lakers player Lamar Odom, has been reportedly kept off limits to his son's room and was caught on camera "highly upset" when the facility would not let him visit Lamar who recovers at Cedar-Sinai.

In an exclusive video caught by TMZ, Joe was filmed telling the cameraman how "pissed" he was not being allowed to see his son two days in a row.

"I'm upset because this is the second time I came to see my son and they won't let me see my son. Why can't I see my son I brought him in the world," Joe told the TMZ camera. When asked who is in charge of accepting visitors for his son, Joe said it was Lamar's wife, Khloe Kardashian.

More so that pisses him off, Joe even said that others were allowed to visit Lamar even though they are not completely related to the ex-NBA star.

"They don't let me see my son. They are saying I'm not going to visit him. They let other people see my son that is not even related to him," Joe said.

He also explained that when Lamar was still admitted in Sunrise Hospital at Las Vegas, he could visit his son every other day or even every day and added that he had no problems seeing his son at all.

When Joe was asked how Lamar is doing, the patriarch responded that he doesn't know anything at all because he has not seen Lamar for four days already. "No phone call. They won't let me come 10 feet," he added.

While Lamar's father has been blaming Kardashian for barring him from seeing his son, a report by HollywoodLife says otherwise. In fact, the report says that it's not Kardashian but Lamar, himself, who has kept his father off his hospital room. As aired in "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and its spin-off, "Khloe & Lamar," the ex-NBA player had not the best relationship with his heroin-addict father.

The report further explains that since Lamar's downfall has been caused by drug overdose, the last thing he wants to do is be with someone who can actually pull him back to addiction, and that's what he reportedly think about his father, Joe.

Moreover, a source told Daily Mail that Kardashian had "zero control over who can visit Lamar at the LA hospital" and was not even in the hospital when Joe visited Lamar. The tipster further told the publication that Kardashian only had the control on who can visit when the player was still in a coma, hence, giving sense to the claim that Lamar is the one in charge now of who  can see him.
