The all-new BlackBerry Priv is certainly one of the most anticipated smartphones from the company. In a new official trailer from BlackBerry, the innovative handset reveals how it marries security and content to create a masterpiece that just may revive the BlackBerry mobile line.

According to a report from Phone Arena, the new teaser highlighted the notable features of the brand's latest statement phone that introduces the Android experience to the BlackBerry tradition. The title of the video is the "PRIV Feature Overview."

The high-end handset is equipped with a dual-curved 5.4-inch Quad HD screen with 540 ppi. BlackBerry's classic QWERTY keyboard pops out with SmartSlide, while the "best in class" virtual keyboard is also an option with flick to type word prediction.

New users will enjoy seeing all communication options in one easy-to-read inbox dubbed the BlackBerry Hub, plus the pop-up widget function provides efficient access to the most important widgets. Other features include a "colossal" 3,410 mAh battery that allows 22.5 hours of mixed use, a Schneider-Kreuznach certified camera with 18MP OIS Dual Flash and 4K video recording at 30 fps.

Most significantly, the lauded BlackBerry security is finally in an Android-powered smartphone. Anchoring the Priv's security is the DTEK, which monitors the device's overall security by rating, application access and suggesting action.

After all, as the slogan read in the trailer, "Privacy matters. Live secure."

Fusing form and function in a sleek device, the BlackBerry Priv is a business-appropriate option that now features the hottest Android content.

According to a recent report from Latin Post, the new BlackBerry device is expected to be priced at $899 in Canada, $699 in the U.S. and £599 in the U.K. Aside from the features announced in the new trailer, it will also be fitted with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and expandable options with the microSD slot.

It will run on the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, but it has not been confirmed if it will be able to be upgraded to the newer Android Marshmallow 6.0.

The future of BlackBerry is on the line with the company's newest line of smartphones. According to The Verge, the Code Mobile conference earlier this month had CEO John Chen hinting that they might pull out from the handset business if the team does not meet their sales target of five million units. The company only sold 800,000 mobile units in the most recent financial quarter.

The BlackBerry Priv will reportedly begin shipping on Nov. 6.
