WhatsApp 2.12.334 APK for Android Now Available, See How To Download & Install App Here
WhatsApp for Android initially has the most updates since it started. Now, the latest of its Android version, the WhatsApp 2.12.334 edition, readily beat the weekend to bring the latest update to its users.
According to a report from NeuroGadget, the new WhatsApp 2.12.334 version can now be downloaded on their official website. Although the said update does not bring any new feature to the app, it will mostly fix some bugs and technical issues as well as some significant improvements on the new WhatsApp version. Unfortunately, the rumored video calling for the said app was not officially announced nor confirmed.
For those interested in downloading and utilizing the new WhatsApp, take note that the said app is currently in its beta version and you might encounter some problems along the way. Don't be disheartened, though, if problems occur as this will be an integral part for the developer to know the improvements needed prior to its launching.
Because it is still on its beta version, you will also be required to acknowledge and declare it as a third-party source. Failing to activate the source will not allow you to get the beta version of the new WhatsApp.
The new WhatsApp application is absolutely free. However, considering that it's free, how does the developer earn millions for the app?
According to a report from NeuroGadget, apps like this can be free in its first year of launching. However, the developer will capitalize on building a good, practical and working app, which they can eventually start charging the customer for as low as $1.The developers earn large amounts of profit from the millions of users, who are willing to pay for the app's services.
Also, placing ads on the app is another way for the developer to earn money, and the new WhatsApp is expected to have some ads too. Even big brands such as Facebook and YouTube make money on ads.
The news outlet further notes that for WhatsApp, ads will also be present unless users will pay a minimal amount to disable them.
So why did Facebook bought WhatsApp for a whopping price of $19 billion? According to NeuroGadget, some of the reasons are WhatsApp's ability for growth, great prospect, behavioral data and, of course, making sure that WhatsApp, with its great capability, will not be acquired by its competitors.
