'Finding Carter' Season 2, Episode 17 Spoilers: Carter Caught Between Jared And Brother Ben [Watch]
On the upcoming episode of "Finding Carter," Carter may have once again have put herself in a situation she will have to face consequences for.
In Episode 16 of the series, Carter (Kathryn Prescott) made the decision of becoming intimate with Jared (Jackson Rathbone), the owner of the bar where she works who happens to be much older than her and to whom she lied to get a job.
Carter proved herself useful and really gained Jared's trust, but after revealing that she lied about her age she may have just lost his trust.
Jared got angry about her lie and simply told Carter she needed to leave. In Episode 17, titled "The Consequences of Longing," it seems Carter may not only be losing Jared but her job as well, reported Bustle.
Being only 17, she can neither become romantically involved with Jared nor serve alcohol at a bar either.
However, Jared's trust is not the only one whose trust she will have to work hard to earn again.
According to CarterMatt, Carter's mother Elizabeth (Cynthia Watros) will find out that Carter was hiding her job from her and will lead to tension between the two.
In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, released by MTV, Carter will have another problem on her hands when she catches her troubled brother Ben (Ben Winchell) stealing money from Jared's bar.
"I work here Ben, do you have any idea what this job means to me" Carter tells her brother.
Carter tells Ben that he needs to stop or she will have to tell Jared the truth but Ben replies with, "If I were you I would think long and hard not to do anything stupid."
He then proceeds to threaten her and tells her not to mess with him, leaving Carter stunned and with another difficult decision on her hands.
