Jennifer Garner may have officially moved on from her split from Ben Affleck.

The actress was spotted hanging out with her children and a mystery man in Malibu, California during Halloween. Her ex-husband was nowhere in sight.

Photos of Garner spending time with her children and the mystery hunk are posted by RadarOnline. According to the gossip site, the man is clearly no stranger to the actress and her children since he was seen getting chummy to one of her daughters. 

The mystery man seemed to be someone who is friends with Garner and her children since he was photographed assisting her daughter Seraphina, 6, as she pedalled on her bike while Garner looked on from the side. The man continued to walk with Seraphina and Garner as seen in several other photos shared by RadarOnline. Obviously not in attendance at the outing was her ex-husband Affleck.

The "Batman" actor was nowhere to be seen and left his children to do the trick or treating with Garner and her mystery date. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Affleck was caught up in filming his new movie "Live By Night" and decided to stay on the set.

Earlier in the day, Garner was spotted dropping off her two kids in school in their Halloween costumes. Samuel, three, was dressed as some kind of a bush while Seraphina as a duck. It was reportedly later that night that the actress was photographed with the mystery man after Affleck failed to show up.

The following day the "Alias" star also took her children to the farmer's market solo without Affleck. According to MailOnline, Garner seemed happy as she enjoyed a cup of coffee while strolling along the market with her two kids, Samuel and Seraphina. Affleck was once again nowhere in sight unlike the previous Sundays, where the ex-couple maintained a united front and took their children to the market together.

Garner's trip to the farmers market and her rendezvous with the mystery man came after it was rumored that she could be pregnant with Affleck's child. The actress stirred pregnancy speculations lately after she was photographed with what appeared to be a baby bump while out in Los Angeles. It didn't help that she was also wearing a maternity blouse. However, the actress had never commented on these rumors and she was clearly not sporting a baby bump during her stroll at the farmer's market.

Garner and Affleck filed for divorce in June after a decade of marriage following reports the actor had cheated on her with their children's nanny Christine Ouzounian. However, the pair never commented on the reports and instead requested to have their privacy respected.
