Kourtney Kardashian Brings Children To See Dad Scott Disick in Rehab [Photos]
Kourtney Kardashian brought two of her children to visit their father Scott Disick at Cliffside Malibu rehab center on Sunday. This is said to be the first time the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star visited her troubled ex-boyfriend since he entered rehab for the fourth time last month.
A source told People that Kourtney brought son Mason, 5 and daughter Penelope, 3, so they could spend some time with their father. The ex-couple reportedly remained cordial with one another in front of their children.
"Scott and Kourtney had some friendly interaction, but Scott mostly focused on the kids. You could tell that he was very happy to see them. He looks much healthier," the source said.
Several photos of Scott spending a few hours with his children are posted by MailOnline. One picture shows him outside the balcony admiring the ocean view with Mason, who was given binoculars so he could clearly see the ocean. Penelope joined the pair to also see the sights for herself as seen in this other photo shared by the site. Another shot shows Mason standing by himself on the balcony with a smile on his face.
An eyewitness told Us Weekly that Kourtney allowed "Scott do his thing with the kids." She was reportedly also on "decent terms" with the 32-year-old and were seen chatting from time to time during the two-hour visit. The source added that Scott was really delighted to see his children after such a long time.
"Scott was really happy to see the kids and was very loving with them. He visited with them inside for awhile and then took them outside to admire the view from the balcony," the source told the publication, adding that Scott enjoyed his time with Mason and Penelope on the balcony "spotting birds and trying to look for other animals."
Kylie Jenner also joined Kourtney during the visit. She was photographed stepping out on the balcony wearing a tube top and a grey blazer. Kourtney, on the other hand, was spotted wearing a loose-fitting white shirt, a black baseball cap and a pair of dark shades. Some of Scott's friends were also photographed talking to the troubled father outside the balcony.
Another source told Us Weekly that Scott was supposed to be out of the rehab already. However, he decided to stay a week or two longer to make sure he is truly back on track before he steps out in public.
