Oscar-nominated comedian Eddie Murphy is soon to be a baby daddy once again as his girlfriend, Paige Butcher, has got a bun on her oven.

For the ninth time, Murphy will father another adorable child and this will be the first with the Australian model girlfriend. The baby will arrive on May 2016 according to the comedian's rep, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.

Prior to Butcher, Murphy's girlfriend for four years, the comedian had numerous baby mamas that gave him his eight children. Bella, Myles, Shane, Zola and Bria are his children from his ex-wife Nicole Murphy, with whom he had shared 22 years of marriage before divorcing in 2006. His children from Nicole are aged 26 to 13.

Murphy also had some bundles of joy from three baby mamas outside marriage. Twenty-six-year-old Eric's mother is Paulette McNeely, 25-year-old Christian's mom is Tamara Hood, while 8-year-old Angel Iris' mom is former Spice Girl Mel B.

While the baby thing may not be entirely new for the funny man as he had almost a dozen for his brood, a source told Daily Mail that he "couldn't be happier." The source also said that the guy is a real family man and he definitely treasures all of his children so another one would definitely be a good news and he's excited on having another baby on the way.

The source continues that even though the 54-year-old had fathered eight children from four different women, the kids come together to celebrate holidays and to enjoy some sporting events. They even hang out at Murphy's huge mansion "as one big blended family."

"All of the children love each other dearly and the women, having all moved on with their own relationships, co-exist very well together," the source added.

After Murphy's divorce from Nicole, the Mark Twain award recipient dated a few women including "Access Hollywood" anchor Shaun Robinson, "Entertainment Tonight" correspondent Nischelle Turner and former Pussycat Dolls member Michelle Thornton. Murphy was also married to film and TV producer Tracey Edmonds in 2008 but then ended their relationship just two weeks after the ceremony.

Meanwhile, Murphy and Butcher started dating in 2012. The Aussie model then just broke up with her former boyfriend, HLN host Rocsi Diaz. Butcher also dated hip-hop mogul Russell Simmonds and model Tyson Beckford.

Even though there's a bundle of bliss along the way, there were no words yet regarding the pair's plan to tie knot.
