'Real Housewives of New Jersey,' Teresa Giudice News: Amber Marchese Blasts Reality TV Star as Bad Parent
Teresa Giudice is being blasted as a bad parent by "Real Housewives of New Jersey" costar Amber Marchese.
RadarOnline reports Marchese is taking the jailed reality TV star to task over what she sees as her and husband Joe's "exchanging their kids mental health for a paycheck."
With Teresa currently serving out the remainder of her 15 month jail sentence on bank fraud related charges, the family nonetheless was able to land a 'RHONJ' spin-off show for themselves featuring Joe and the couple's four young daughters. "Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In" also featured Teresa in the form of jailhouse phone conversations with family members.
In addition to Amber blasting the new show's concept, husband Jim recently branded the show a "dark endorsement of criminal behavior and exploitation of children."
That harsh assessment didn't sit well with Bravo and "Real Housewives" honcho Andy Cohen, who quickly countered that the Marchese's have also allowed their kids on TV and to be featured in scenes.
"I usually remain silent regarding all "Real Housewives of New Jersey" shenanigans, especially Andy and Bravo's judgments of what makes 'RHONJ' great, however he publicly criticized my decision to include my children on the show," she said. "They crossed a line and so now, they get my iron fist response."

Meanwhile, Joe is scheduled to commence serving out the terms of his near four-year sentence on similar charges soon after his wife has been released.
Teresa is also rumored to be working on a prison tell all about her time behind bars.
