"Street Fighter 5" is incoming and the game is set to capture fans with its new take on the Capcom classic. The long-standing franchise isn't just known for its flashy action and well-crafted fighters, but also for racy shots of the female characters. It's far from the only game to do so, but the famous "Street Fighter" is making headlines recently as they make changes in the updated beta to tone down the provocative images focused on the female body.

According to a report from Eurogamer, Capcom edited the female scenes as well as adding a new tutorial for players. The changes come after the Entertainment Software Rating Board released a summary of the game saying, "Several female characters are depicted in low-cut, form-fitting outfits that display large amounts of cleavage and/or buttocks. Female characters' breasts sometimes jiggle during character selection. The words 'a**' and 'bastard' appear in the dialogue."

Capcom's latest beta featured some tweaked moves on the female characters. One of the most significant changes were applied on wrestler R. Mika, who originally slapped her butt before a tag team match. Now, the scene is zoomed in so her action is off-screen. Her defeated opponent's split in the air is also altered out.

Another character Cammy also underwent some changes with a zoomed-in crotch area being edited out of the new beta.

The infamous "boob jiggle" of "Street Fighter" females has also been toned down. In a quick interview with producer Yoshinori Ono during Paris Games Week, Eurogamer asked the executive if beloved character Chun-Li has been fitted with a bra this time around.

"She's at a Marks & Spencer as we speak, picking one up that fits her," the producer quipped. "By the time the game comes out, she'll be comporting herself. Yeah, she'll be sorted out by the time you see her."

The newly edited "Street Fighter 5" has received mixed reviews from the tight-knit community, from those who believe R. Mika's signature move is in character to those who think even more changes are in order.

Still, loyal fans will likely find a lot to enjoy in the game, which is bringing back plenty of the beloved fighters from previous installments. According to a report from Latin Post, there are currently 16 confirmed characters plus six additional fighters in the first DLC: Alex, Guile, Ibuki, Balrog, Juri and Urien.

"Street Fighter 5" for PlayStation 4 and PC is slated to be launched in Feb. 2016.
