The 2016 Republican presidential hopeful Marco Rubio has scored yet another major endorsement from a wealthy Republican donor.

John Jordan, the multi-millionaire owner of Jordan Winery, announced in an email to Time Tuesday that he is formally backing the Florida senator to become the Republican presidential nominee. He also launched a new super PAC named "Baby Got PAC," in homage to the 1990's classic rap song "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-a-Lot, reports Politico.

In addition, the new super PAC published an ad supporting Rubio's presidential bid, which aired on the Fox Business Network right before Tuesday's debate as well as online. In the 60-second ad, a narrator calls Rubio as a standout candidate in the crowded pool of GOP candidates and claims that he has the best shot at defeating Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton in the general election.

"So when we started to make this ad, we had to decide which conservative candidate for president to support," says a narrator in the commercial.

"So you know who we asked? Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. For once they told the truth," it says.

Also featured in the ad are media clips citing the concerns that the Clinton campaign has about running against the freshman senator.

"When the media and the Democrats tell you who they're afraid to run against, that tells us all we need to know," the narrator concludes.

While speaking with Time during an interview earlier this year, Jordan admitted that his motivation for getting into politics is to increase the likelihood that a Republican will win the White House in 2016.

"We can't fix the policies unless we win," he said back in July. "Right now Republicans aren't writing any laws. We need to win, that's what I'm focused on."

Last week, Rubio received another major endorsement to his presidential campaign from influential hedge fund billionaire Paul Singer, reported CNBC.
