Ellen DeGeneres started a revolution with her celebrity selfie that broke records on Twitter during the 2014 Oscars. It also caused a bit of jealousy with fellow Twitter competition President Obama and Jimmy Kimmel. Well... Jimmy might have just finally beaten Ellen at her own game.

Jimmy Kimmel posted a group selfie with former president Bill Clinton, his wife and former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and their daughter Chelsea Clinton. The host of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" directly tweeted @TheEllenShow saying, "No Brad Cooper but 3 Clintons & a Kimmel @BillClinton @HillaryClinton @ChelseaClinton #selfie." The other faces in the photo are not A-list celebrities, but they are supporters of the Clinton Global Initiative University in Tempe, Arizona where the picture was taken.

So did Jimmy's presidential selfie beat Ellen's star-studded selfie? Hmmm... we don't know. I mean Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, Lupita Nyong'o, Brad AND Angie? That's a tough level to reach. Definitely a nice try from Kimmel, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton are political celebrities. Maybe next selfie he can team up with President Obama and Michelle Obama (you're welcome). One thing is for sure -- this will not be the last time that talk show host will compete with Ellen DeGeneres.

Oh Ellen, you started more than a trend, you sparked a war. I will admit that I was one of those people who retweeted Ellen's selfie (again... you're welcome). Ellen has not responded to Jimmy just yet, will she start another selfie war? So excited for the numerous amounts of celebrity selfies to come, since nobody is letting this go. You know what would be a really good one? The Kardashians and Kanye. Maybe include the Jenner sisters in there. I'm on a roll. Check out Jimmy Kimmel's twitter for the famous selfie. Will you be retweeting?
