Pantelion looks to sell its content internationally.

According to Screen Daily, the company started talks with international buyers at the American Film Market for its upcoming teen sex comedy "Sundown" starring Camilla Belle, Teri Hatcher and Sara Paxton.

The movie was directed by Fernando Lebrija and it tells the story of two high school friends on spring break in Mexico. Things go awry when one of them loses a family heirloom to a local gangster.

The movie, which was produced by Lebrija, Leonardo Zimbron and Sandro Halphen, also stars Jordi Molla, John Michael Higgins, Devon Werkheiser and Sean Marquette.

"In the vein of Risky Business and 21 & Over, Sundown will take audiences on the hilarious wild ride of a spring break gone bad," said Anne-Marie Ross, president of international at Pantelion, in a press statement.

Pantelion has been active over the last few weeks. The company recently announced that it would be remaking the 2013 German box office hit comedy "F*ck You, Goethe." The company's strategy in finding box office successes and remaking them is to find appeal to the Hispanic audience.

The Remake will be titled "No Manches Frida," and it recently started shooting Mexico city. Omar Chaparro, Adal Ramones ("Saving Private Perez") and Fernanda Castillo will star in the film. "No Maches Frida" will "tell the story of an ex-con who gets a job as a substitute teacher so that he can dig out his loot, now buried under a new gym."

According to Variety the film is slated for release in 2016 on Labor Day.

Pantelion is also releasing "600 Miles" with Tim Roth and Krystyan Ferrer, which will be released in the US on December 4th. Thhe film, which is this year's entry for Mexico for the Best Foreign Film Academy Award won Best First Feature at the Berlin Film Festival and garnered rave reviews.

Pantelion is a joint venture between Lionsgate and Mexico's Grupo Televisa. The company launched in 2010 and has found success in the United States with its breakout films "Instructions Not Included," "Cantinflas" and "From Prada to Nada." The company's latest release was "Ladrones," which starred Eduardo Yanez and Fernando Colunga.
