Teresa Giudice and her family have managed to save their Montville, New Jersey mansion from foreclosure.

Radar Online reports the mortgage on the stone and stucco estate is now current, and all back debts have been paid off.

"The loan hasn't been paid off, but they are now in good standing with the loan," a source said. "A judge is expected to sign off on the agreement reached between the bank and the Giudices."

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is now expected to return to the home when she is released from the Danbury Correctional facility sometime in late December. Husband Joe and the couple's four young daughters have been residing there while she has been serving out her 15-month sentence on bank fraud-related charges.

Previously listed on the market for $2.99 million, the 10,000 square foot custom-built mansion boasts six bedrooms and baths, and it has been prominently featured on the Bravo reality show.

"Teresa is ecstatic to be in this situation," a source added. "She is stepping up and taking care of business. She loves that house and wants to grow old there with Joe."

The 43-year-old Teresa Giudice has also already signed on to rejoin the cast of "Real Housewives" once she is released from custody and has gained the approval of parole officials. Reports are she will command a salary of $2 million per season. Show executives are rumored to have delayed filming on the new season in hopes of being able to incorporate her in as many scenes as possible.

In addition, Giudice has also announced plans to pen a prison tell-all chronicling her time behind bars. Once she is released, husband Joe is expected to commence serving out the terms of his near four-year sentence on similar charges.
