Hollywood actress and "NCIS" star Pauley Perrette was attacked outside her home on Thursday night by what appeared to be a homeless man who had "murder in his eyes."

The actress took to Twitter to describe the ordeal, which she did with a picture she took of a document that outlined the details of the attack.

She described walking outside of her house to cross the street to another house she had recently bought. She was then encountered by what she described as a "very psychotic homeless man" who jumped her.

"He grabbed me so forcefully, pinned my arm, punched me in the nose, forehead repeatedly telling me he was going to kill me," Perrette wrote in the document.

The man kept shouting his full name at her, which she only revealed the first name in the document - William. It seemed as though he wanted her to know full well who was attacking her. If she would have mentioned his full name on social media, it would have given him the celebrity status that he obviously wanted.

"There was an empty garage behind me and I knew if he got me in there I was dead," Perrette wrote. "I knew I couldn't over come him."

So instead of fighting back, she tried to appeal to his more sensitive side and said, "William is a beautiful name, I have a little nephew named William."

That is when the man started punching her in the face again before letting her go and telling her to "get the f*** out of here."

She did just that but ended up collapsing on a sidewalk nearby where she phoned a friend to come and help her.

According to Variety, the man was later arrested at a 7-Eleven convenience store and is now being held on a $100,000 bond. As it turns out, his name is David Merck, which is not the name he was yelling at Perrette.
