Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner took some time out of their busy schedules for some quality get-together with their children.

The couple, who announced their divorce on June 30, was spotted on Saturday accompanying their kids for sum baking fun at West Hollywood's Cake Mix shop.

Photos posted by Mail Online show Affleck and Garner looking amicable with each other as they each tend to their children after leaving the shop. One picture shared by the site showed the actress walking ahead of Ben, who followed close behind.

Another shot captured the "Miracles From Heaven" actress holding on to her son Samuel with a smile on her face. All of the photos posted by Mail Online neither showed the couple walking side-by-side. Instead, they are seen walking a few steps away from each other with their children in tow.

Neither Affleck nor Garner wore their wedding rings for the day out with their three kids Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3. They had previously been spotted on several occasions wearing their wedding bands. MailOnline claimed the ex-couple had said in the past that they wear their rings for their children to see.

Affleck and Garner have reportedly yet to finalize their divorce although they are moving on slowly with the separation starting off by selling some properties. Last month the "Alias" star put up their Pacific Palisades property for sale for $4 million.

There have been rumors that the couple will eventually get back together since they have been seeing a marriage counsellor to work out their problems. However, a source for RadarOnline said otherwise.

The source claimed the exes, who filed for divorce because of Affleck's alleged affair with his nanny Christine Ouzounian, may have been attending therapy sessions but this doesn't point to a possible reconciliation.

"Jennifer knew there were issues on the table that needed to be discussed with their marriage counsellor. Ben had no problem with going. He knew it was important after all of the issues that came up while they were in Atlanta," the source said.

The inside further told RadarOnline that Affleck had admitted to having "inappropriate relationship with the kid's nanny." However, Jen reportedly doesn't care anymore who her ex-husband dates or hooks up with since she would rather be single than act like "Ben's mother."

"There is no chance Jen and Ben will get back together and she finally feels that she deserves to be happy without him," the source told RadarOnline.
