Vulture's list of 100 Most Valuable Stars has not changed that much -- at least for the first three toppers -- as it's just as similar as last year's list.

Occupying the upper echelon were "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence, "Iron Man" star Robert Downey Jr. and "Blood Diamond" star Leonardo DiCaprio and the three made their strong respective comebacks this year, without losing grip of their ranks in 2014.

The list was derived by several metrics: Domestic Box Office, Overseas Box Office, Studio Value, Likability, Oscars, Critics' Score, Twitter Mentions and Tabloid Scores. For this year, the publication tapped guest statistician, FiveThirtyEight's Harry Enten.

By no surprise, the highest-paid actress declared by Forbes, JLaw, has topped the list for the second time around and according to Vulture, she arrived at the highly coveted spot by dominating nearly every category.

With her hit movies like "Hunger Games" and "X-Men" series, among others, the blonde beauty is undoubted with her prowess when it comes to dominating a box office, domestic and overseas alike. It was also reported that her personality has been a big deal for her to top the list. Her likability, tabloid and Twitter scores, as well as critics' ratings that reached sky-high ratings. As the publication would put it, Lawrence was said to be the "leading movie star of her generation."

Trailblazing behind the 25-year-old actress is the highest-paid actor in Hollywood according to Forbes. RDJ comes back to seize a second spot and although his box-office ratings were as unquestionable as Lawrence's, the only thing that dragged the "Iron Man" down is his studio score, a nine out of ten, as compared to Lawrence's perfect score. Nevertheless, the man can add one more pride under his belt as the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" is his third movie to be a part of the 10 grossing movies of all time.

As for Leonardo DiCaprio, the thing most notable about the prolific actor is that he's still missing an Oscars award and that remains no secret. But while he still needs the validation, it didn't prevent him from landing a third spot even though he didn't make any film in the past year. Now in his 40s, the actor is still at the prime years of his career, continuously hitting headlines and still maintaining an amazing gossip score.

Following the top three stars to complete the top 10 were Bradley Cooper, Dwayne Johnson, Tom Cruise, Hugh Jackman, Channing Tatum and Sandra Bullock.

Several stars have notched up and down, just like Johnson who was catapulted to 5th spot from being 29th last year and Chris Pratts who leveled down to 11. New comers, like Amy Schumer and Emily Blunt were also welcomed in the list.
