Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly buys a new home in New Jersey.

Kelly, the 51-year-old NFL mentor, has acquired a Haddonfield property, Crossing Broad announced. The outlet noted that the New Jersey residence covers around 4,500 square feet. The residence built in the 1940s is also resting on about three-quarters of land.

The coach, who hails from Dover, New Hampshire, is now a proud owner of a dwelling place that includes luxury amenities like an indoor pool and a home movie theater.

Its listing on Realtor.com further describes the estate as a house that contains five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The real estate site noted that it previously changed hands in December 2013 for $1.34 million. Even homes that have the same specifications and features in the area will fetch the same price. Thus, Kelly was lucky to purchase it at a lower price, making him save about $200,000 from buying it now for only $1.15 million.

An image of the home on Realtor shows a classic and traditional-looking abode with lovely colorful plants and majestic trees surrounding it. There is also a verdant front lawn, which promises a relaxing and peaceful environment for Kelly.

In October, Adam Kaplan of ESPN already informed via a Twitter post that Kelly already purchased a home near the Eagles' territory of Philadelphia.

Yet, Kaplan thinks that Kelly may still not devote several years of his life coaching Philadelphia's NFL team.

Kelly started with his coaching position in the Eagles in 2013.

In 2012, he was actually offered by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to be their coach. However, he declined and went back to teaching college football in Oregon, The Tampa Tribune reported. He explained that although he was impressed of the Bucs and their offer, he just could not cut his ties with the University of Oregon just yet, noted the site.

"I just felt like the right move was to stay at Oregon...I was very content with the job I had. We had a really good thing going at Oregon, had a great administration there, a great bunch of players. I was very comfortable there," Kelly said.

Does this purchase of a New Jersey home by Kelly shows his commitment to stay in Philly for good?
