Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and rapper husband Kanye West offer their Bel-Air home on the market.

The two celebrities, who tied the knot in 2014, are selling their luxury estate in Los Angeles for $20 million, TMZ broke the news.

The couple bought the home two years ago for only $9 million. However, renovations on it were really extensive that they shed $2 million for such, noted the outlet, citing some sources. Yet, if the pair managed to find a buyer for their asking price, they would easily profit $9 million from the cost of the house and even its upgrade.

Can Kardashian and West successfully sell their Bel-Air mansion at such a high price? TMZ notes that according to real estate agents, they can achieve their goal of reselling it for that amount as it is in a "hot area" in Los Angeles. They can even ask for a higher price than $20 million, said the outlet's sources.

The site informed that the TV celebrity and the music artist did not even reside in the said home.

Kris Jenner, Kardashian's mother, confirmed that Kardashian, West and their daughter North decided to stay at her Calabasas home while renovations are taking place, noted People.

The Bel-Air Home Features

The next owners of the Bel-Air mansion will be rewarded with an elegant home. The California abode has an Italian-inspired theme and displays a personal gym, a film screening room, a full hair and makeup salon, a bowling alley, a basketball court and an indoor and outdoor pool, notes a 203 article of TMZ. Zillow reports that the 9,000-square-foot gated villa rests on three-quarters of an acre lot and contains five bedrooms.

Kardashian and West Found a New Home in Hidden Hills

The couple decided to forego their intention to stay in the Bel-Air property as they found a new dwelling place more suitable for them, People noted in 2014.

Kardashian and West found a more expansive property in Los Angeles for their growing family. Kardashian revealed that they bought a $20 million Hidden Hills mansion in August last year, which she described as an "amazing place."

"When we bought our Bel-Air house, we didn't have a baby, we weren't even pregnant. After you have a baby, you realize that you need so many other things and a different kind of space. So being in the city is a different life. We wanted to be away and have more privacy," Kardashian said.

The outlet informed that the house comes with two swimming pools, two spas and a vineyard. The Hidden Hills residence also sits on a 3.5 cares of California lot.
