Miley Cyrus and Jared Leto are rumored to be in the throes of a "sex-only relationship."

HollywoodLife reports the two heavyweight celebs are committed to keeping their dalliance casual, low-key and with no strings attached.

"They were in L.A. one weekend for separate fundraisers, but afterward, they met up at a hotel in West Hollywood," said a source. "They hardly ever go to Miley's place because it's too easy for the paparazzi to catch them. And when they spend the night at a hotel, they choose one with underground access. Miley knows it's because Jared is seeing a lot of other women, but she's told friends she doesn't care and is more than happy to keep their arrangement a secret."

Still, Leto is reported to have set up parameters for the relationship to make sure things don't grow out of hand. The two were also rumored to be romantically linked in 2014, but things never got to the point of becoming serious.

The recently turned 23-year-old former "Hannah Montana" star has long been open about her attraction to Leto, posting a photo on her Instagram page of the two last November at the MTV Video Music Awards which she captioned, "When you're trying to hump Jared Leto, but he is just innocently telling you a secret."

The 43-year-old actor is currently hard at work promoting his soon-to-be-released "Suicide Squad" film, while "The Wrecking Ball" singer is currently in the midst of her "Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz" tour.

Up until recently, Cyrus was rumored to be dating Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell. Even more recently, several media outlets have reported she seemed on the verge of again taking up with ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth.
