"Marry You" singer Bruno Mars has already found a buyer to his Los Angeles home.

Mars, the 30-year-old music artist, sells his California estate to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" executive producer Jill Leiderman and "The Big Bang Theory" creator Rob Cohen, Variety reported, citing a source and real estate public records.

The Honolulu, Hawaii native has collected almost $3.35 million as payment for his charming house. Mars reportedly bought the property three years ago for just over $3.25 million, giving him a profit of just below $100,000 from its sale to the prominent couple.

The 4,064-square foot abode displays three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The said dwelling place built in the 1960s has an "iconic Hollywood Regency" vibe because of its design, especially after it underwent some renovations and remodeling.

The contemporary bungalow also contains a great room complex that showcases the living and the dining areas and a den equipped with a fireplace.

Leiderman and Cohen will be delighted by just staying inside their master suite. The expansive masters bedroom comes with lavish amenities like heated floors, an access to the backyard, a very spacious dressing room. It even has an enviable luxury bathroom that is equipped with a massage and gym area, a steam shower and a sauna.

Interior details include 12-foot tall marble-lined columns, picture windows, glass sliders and an open floor plan.

A decent yard and a swimming pool complete the outdoor landscaping. However, the next owners will also enjoy the wonderful views of the city and the majestic mountains.

Mars said goodbye to his Honolulu estate

This is not the first house that the Grammy Award winner parted with this year. In May, the singer-songwriter also sold his Honolulu home, noted Variety.

Mars let go of the four-bedroom Hawaii property for $2.7 million or around $800,000 lower than his $3.5 million asking price for it in 2014, Los Angeles Times reported. It was also lower than the actual purchase price of $3.1 million he dropped in 2012, noted The Los Angeles Times.

The news outlet noted that the Honolulu home is a private 4,124-square-foot residence showcasing "reclaimed driftwood columns, stone floors and dark wood molding and ceiling treatments."

Although the singer may have lost some or just gained a little from the sale of these homes, he is still doing well.

Variety notes that the entertainer, who is famous for "The Lazy Song" and "Billionaire," has already sold over 100 million singles and albums worldwide. Aside from that, he just bought a 9,033-square-foot estate in Studio City worth $6.5 million last year, a separate article from Variety noted. His new mansion has seven bedrooms and eight bedrooms.
