The source's claim is not surprising. After all, Cyrus is no stranger when it comes to sharing risqué photos of herself on social media. The singer has appeared on numerous pictures topless and sometimes completely nude. She also shares the censored version of her naked photos on her Instagram. However, whether Cyrus and Leto are indeed secretly hooking up still remains a rumor. Both singers have yet to comment on the status of their relationship.
