Different Samsung Galaxy "A" models have been getting a good share of buzz in recent months. This time, it's Samsung Galaxy A9 in the spotlight as details of the model are confirmed via an official listing on the company's Iran website.

According to a report from G for Games, the new Samsung flagship smartphone was listed with its full specification. The Samsung Galaxy A9 will be powered by the new octa-core Snapdragon 630 SoC with four Cortex-A72 cores clocking at 1.8 GHz, four additional Cortex-A53 cores at 1.4 GHz and a fresh Adreno 510 GPU.

Backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, the device will feature a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and around 401 ppi of pixel density. There's also a microSD slot that can hold up to 128GB of additional memory.

Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy A9 boasts a 16-megapixel rear camera with HDR and autofocus as well as a five-megapixel front shooter for selfies and video calls. It will be launch with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, plus GPS, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0 LE. Strangely enough, no battery capacity was included in the data, but interested buyers may already choose the color of their metal Galaxy A9: white, black or gold.

The Samsung Galaxy A9 is expected to drop on Tuesday, Dec. 1 according to the website, but its worldwide release has not yet been confirmed.

The top performing electronics company has been busy with the new collection of handsets set to drop in the market in the coming months. A recent report from Latin Post revealed details on the other devices in the lineup, specifically the 2016 versions of Samsung Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 will reportedly be powered by an impressive 2900 mAh battery cell. Equipped with a 5.2-inch display and 1080 x 1920 resolution, the smooth device will feature an octa-core 1.6GHz CPU paired with a Mali-T720 GPU. Important specs include 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a five-megapixel front camera.

The Samsung A3 was spotted with multiple variants, but the specs revealed are limited. It's said to be a bit more compact than its sister A5 with a 4.7-inch screen and 720 x 1280 resolution. Under the hood, it has the Exynos 7580 SoC with a quad-core 1.5GHz CPU and the Mali-T720 GPU. The A3 is also fitted with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
